Where are you located?

The Spa at Evergreen is located in Stone Mountain Park inside the Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort  If you are driving in for an appointment and you are not a park member, please stop by the ticket gate to purchase either a yearly pass ($30) or a daily pass ($10) to gain access. After you pass the east ticket gate from Hwy 78, make an immediate left onto Stonewall Jackson Drive.  Go approx 2.5 miles and The Marriott Evergreen will be on your right side after you pass the golf course, the campgrounds and the lake. Please park and enter through the lobby and take the elevator down to the 2nd floor.  The Spa at Evergreen will be on your right.  Please check in with our receptionist and your therapist will arrive shortly after.  We ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for paperwork.   Please feel free to enjoy your day inside the park after your have relaxed and rejuvenated at The Spa at Evergreen.  There is much to do and much more to see inside beautiful Stone Mountain Park and we look forward to seeing you soon!

What should I bring?

Please bring your GroupOn voucher with you to your appointment.  It is required to begin your services.  You can print this voucher from GroupOn.com.   You may also want to bring a bathing suit so that you can relax in the indoor or outdoor pool/jacuzzi after your services are complete.  If you are receiveing a pedicure service, most clients prefer to wear or bring flip flops or thong sandles in order to not have a long wait for drying after their service.

How much grautity should I leave for my therapist?

Gratuity can be calculated in a spa the same way you calculate your tip for your waiter in a restaurant.  The percentage for amazing service is 20%, however 15% - 20% is customary for spa and salon services.  You may hand this directly to your therapist, or leave it for them upon check-out.  You should also base this percentage on the retail amount of your package and not the GroupOn purchace price. 

Is there a steam room, sauna, or relaxation room?

We do not have a steam room or sauna at this facility, however we are located directly next to the indoor pool/jacuzzi as well as the fitness center.  We encourage you to spend the day with us and lounge by the pool or have lunch or dinner at one of our incredible restaurants.   Our spa has four treatment rooms and manicure/pedicure area.  We do not have a relaxaion room located in the spa, however, we are located by the pool area and invite you to relax and unwind poolside.

Where can I eat lunch/dinner?

We have the Mountain Brew Cafe located on the 4th floor where you can get a Starbucks coffee, sandwich, salad or light snack.  We also have the Waterside Restaurant on the 4th floor that offers a full meal, buffet style, for lunch or dinner.  Stonewalls Lounge and Sports Bar is located on the 2nd floor by the outdoor pool and is open Saturdays, Sundays and after 5pm weekdays.  You may also take advantage of The Commons Restaurant at the the golf pavilion.  They offer an amazing assortment of fabulous and healthy items from their menu.  It's a favorite Spa at Evergreen retreat!

Can I bring my children?

We have a Jr. Menu on our list of services for ages 14 and under. We can definitely keep them busy while you relax by providing a little pampering just for them!

What if I need to cancel?

We do require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment time.  You may reschedule your appointment, however you must do that 24 hours prior to your appointment time. The time we assign you is your designated time slot reserved just for you.  If you are late, your time will be shortened so that the next appointment can start on time.  If you do not show or call prior to the 24 hours, your Group On will be redeemed.  Please come early to fill our your paperwork so that you will be ready to relax.
