May be made with our Group Coordinator and Spa Director Amanda Garcia. We welcome groups of any size and can accomidate most requests. Groups of six or more are charged a 20% gratuity and required to give a 36 hour cancellation to avoid being charged a cancellation fees.
Because spa services are booked by reservation only, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel to avoid cancellation fees. The Spa at Evergreen reserves the right to charge full value of the spa service for any cancellation of less than 24 hours' notice.
The spa fee does not reflect gratuity charges except in parties of six or more.
Spa Packages that are booked through the hotel require you to make an appointment prior to arrival to ensure availability. Our couples room is very popular and we can not always guarantee it's availability. We will work with you to provide you with a wonderful spa experience. Gratuity is not included in packages and should reflect your level of satisfaction.
