To Enhance your Spa Experience

We request that all cell phones and pagers be turned off when entering The Spa at Evergreen to ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for everyone visiting.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out your medical history form and client release for massage and facial services.

We require that our guests shower and use the restroom prior to their arrival.  There are men's and women's facilities located next to the indoor pool area and fitness center.

We invite you to enjoy our fitness center during your stay.  We have brand new cardio-visual equipment from Life Fitness including 4 treadmills, 2 bikes and 3 elliptical machines.   Proper attire and adult supervision for children under 18 required.

Shaving is not recommended before any body treatment or men's facial.  If you choose to shave, please allow at least 4 hours prior to service.  Shaving is also not recommended prior to a pedicure service to reduce or prevent the risk of infection

During your treatment, our therapist will make sure you are relaxed and comfortable.  Whether it's the room temperature, music volume, or massage pressure, please notify your therapist of any discomfort immediately.

Alcohol is not recommended before, during, or immediately following spa treatments.  We reserve the right to refuse service if we think that massage could be a contraindication to your good health.

Please wear comfortable clothing to your spa appointment.  If you are having multiple services and would like to request a robe, please call us at least one hour in advance at extention 3297 from your room.

All services preformed only on healthy and intact skin, scalp and nails.  If you have a medical issue that might put you in question to receive service, please bring a medical release from your doctor that is dated no more than 3 days prior to your appointment.
